For each account to

1. Search for a keyword (example- minecraft memes)

2. Then click on the video,

3. Then watch the whole video

4. Like and Comment on the video

5. Subscribe as well.

So this should increase CTR? (Click Through Rate) and rank my videos since they are searching for keyword and clicking on my video and watching the whole thing

Yes, if you use more accounts to run the task, the CTR can be increased.
